cr444 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cr444 ("cr444", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cr444 website located at https://cr444.io and all associated services, products, games, and promotions offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process on cr444, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, and not misleading. 3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one cr444 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cr444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to confiscate any funds, winnings, or bonus balances held within them.

3.2 Account Verification

cr444 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit copies of valid identification documents (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. cr444 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or both until satisfactory verification is completed.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cr444 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

cr444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to the payment method used and any account-level restrictions in place.

Deposits are processed in real time and funds are typically credited to your cr444 wallet within seconds of a successful transaction. cr444 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges and cr444 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. cr444 does not accept third-party deposits.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. cr444 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds where deposits are unusually large or where unusual patterns of deposit behaviour are observed.
• Deposits made during platform maintenance windows may be subject to processing delays. cr444 will communicate any such windows in advance where reasonably practicable.
• cr444 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if it has reason to believe the deposit was made in error, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests from cr444 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and applicable limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically 15 to 30 minutes from approval
• Rocket and Upay: Typically 30 to 60 minutes from approval
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1 to 3 banking days

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your KYC documentation has not been completed and approved, your withdrawal may be held pending verification. cr444 strongly recommends completing account verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

cr444 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• Where the withdrawal request includes funds derived from a bonus that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• Where there is a pending investigation relating to suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Where anti-money laundering procedures require additional documentation or review.
• Where the player's account is subject to a self-exclusion, cooling-off, or administrative hold.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

cr444 actively monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing bets on opposite outcomes simultaneously to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage"); and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus cancelled and may have its account suspended or closed.

All sports betting on cr444, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other available markets, is subject to cr444's published betting rules for each sport. These rules are available on the relevant betting section of the Platform and govern the settlement of all markets.

• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except where cr444 determines that a bet has been accepted as a result of a palpable error in odds.
• cr444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error, and to restate such bets at correct odds or settle them as void.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. If data connectivity is lost during an event, in-play betting markets may be suspended. cr444 is not liable for any losses arising from data feed interruptions.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting section and may be adjusted at cr444's discretion.
• cr444 reserves the right to limit the stake size or frequency of bets placed by any individual player where it identifies patterns of play that it considers to be problematic or outside normal recreational betting activity.
